Affiliate Agreement

1. ENROLLMENT. By submitting an Affiliate application, you are entering a legal agreement with Construction Traders in accordance with and governed by the terms contained below. Submitting an Affiliate application signifies that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be governed by them.

2. AGREEMENT. As used in this Agreement, "Construction Traders" means GreatPossibilities, Inc., ConstructionTraders.com is owned and maintained by GreatPossibilities, Inc.
Construction Traders hereby grants to You the nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable right during the Term to use Construction Traders’s textual and graphic material that are provided by Construction Traders to You for the purpose of inclusion on Your Web Site (collectively, the "Web Site Materials"). Construction Traders will issue buttons, banners, logos, or other creative devices to You which You shall display in a reasonably prominent position on Your Web Site as a hyperlink to take Visitors from Your Web Site to Construction Traders’s Web Site. Construction Traders also authorizes You to refer in Your advertising and promotion to the fact that Construction Traders’s Web Site is accessible through your Web Site.

You agree that you shall not: (A) state, or imply by the wording or prominence of such a statement, or otherwise, that Construction Traders’s sponsors, authorizes, and/or is the source or origin of Your Web Site; and/or (B) disparage Construction Traders, its products or services.

All use of Construction Traders's Web Site Materials hereunder shall inure to the benefit of Construction Traders and shall not create any rights, title or interest in them for You. You have no other right to use Construction Traders's name or trademarks.

You shall not e-mail a hyperlink or any information relating to Construction Traders to any third party without the written consent of Construction Traders. We will not tolerate the sending of unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) which promote, or make reference to www.ConstructionTraders.com.
Other prohibited forms of advertising include postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-postings to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, Affiliates may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents their identity, their domain name or their return email address.

Any Affiliate who, in our opinion, breaches this rule will have their Affiliate status cancelled immediately and any and all outstanding commissions WILL BE FORFEITED.

3. TERM: This Agreement shall begin after Construction Traders has received your application and has notified You of its acceptance. This Agreement shall continue until terminated by either You or Construction Traders, which may be done for any reason or no reason on written notice to the other party. In the event either party terminates this Agreement, You shall immediately remove all links and any other reference on Your Web Site to Construction Traders Any amount still owed to You at the time of termination shall be paid to You in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

4. COMMISSIONS: Construction Traders shall pay You a commission of 40% of net sales for a period of 1 year (defined as gross sales less refunds and chargebacks) generated by customers who connect to Construction Traders through Your Web Site and purchase a listing or subscription.

Construction Traders shall pay commissions on accounts that have a minimum of $50.00 in earned commissions on the 25th of each month, for the previous month.

Any account that doesn't meet the revenue requirement will be rolled over to the next month.

You are responsible for payment of all federal, state or local taxes related to Your performance of this Agreement.
We will designate a tracking ID and password for You to log on to a password-protected Web Address for the purpose of (1) viewing data for tracking and reporting traffic referred to Construction Traders’s Web Site ; and (2) viewing any accrued commissions due to You.
